Plain-language disclosure for ayraix.com — what we store, what we send, and what we don't sell.

Who we are
Ayra ix ("we", "us") operates ayraix.com. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
Visitor analytics
We collect basic usage signals to understand how the site is used — not to build advertising profiles. When you browse ayraix.com, our scripts may send events to /track on this domain, including:
- page_view — when a page loads
- session_start — shortly after your first page in a visit
- heartbeat — periodic keep-alive while the tab stays open
- session_end — when you leave the site
Each event may include your page path, referrer, session duration, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier (see below). We do not intentionally collect payment details, government IDs, or health data through this site.
We also process technical and usage data including IP address, approximate geolocation derived from network metadata (country, region, city), network operator, device and browser characteristics, referral source, and page-level engagement metrics such as time spent on a page and scroll depth.
Why we collect it. Two reasons. First, to make the site work better for you — remembering your preferences so returning visits pick up where you left off rather than starting from scratch. Second, to understand which articles and sections people actually find useful, so we know what to build next. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not sold or shared with third-party advertising networks.
Local storage
We store a random identifier in your browser's localStorage under the key ayra_uid. It persists across visits so we can distinguish returning browsers without asking you to sign in. You can clear it anytime via your browser's site data controls.
Site assistant
Ayra is the guide in the corner of the homepage. It runs from a fixed script — there is no AI model and nothing you type is sent to an external provider.
If you interact with it, we retain the conversation in full, including any name you choose to give it and which topic you say you are interested in. That is what lets it greet you by name and remember your interest on a later visit instead of asking again. You are never required to give a name, and the assistant works the same if you skip it.
Clearing your browser's site data for ayraix.com resets it completely — it will treat you as a first-time visitor.
Community sign-in
The Community section offers optional Google OAuth sign-in. If you choose to sign in, Google shares basic profile information (such as your name and email) with our authentication service so we can recognize your account.
While you are signed in, the associated email address and account identifier are stored alongside the analytics and assistant records described above, so activity across visits can be recognised as yours. We use this to operate the site — never for cross-site ad tracking, and we do not sell it.
Cookies
Public marketing pages rely primarily on localStorage for analytics identifiers. Community sign-in may set session cookies required for authentication. We do not run third-party ad pixels on ayraix.com.
Data retention
Analytics events are retained only as long as needed for site operations and aggregate reporting. Community account data is kept while your account is active or as required to provide the service.
Your choices
You can block analytics by using a browser extension, clearing site data, or disabling JavaScript. Community features require sign-in and cannot be used anonymously.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
